CREATING WORK ORDERS
Alfred’s Construction and Renovation purposely designed its work order section to require minimal clicks to get you what you want. After creating a new work order, users will be able to select which service they’re looking for. After inputting additional metrics, users can schedule work at least 24 hours in advance and set their desired due date. Once everything checks out, the work order is sent. Easy!

CHECKING STATUS OF WORK
Alfred’s Construction and Renovation wanted to create an easier way to check the status of work compared to other business processing tools. Users can check the calendar section and see firsthand which projects are being worked on in real-time. If a work order is just created, it will appear red, while purple and green work orders signify underway and completed work, respectively.

CREATING APPROVAL SIGNATURES
Alfred’s Construction and Renovation developed a simple way to add approval signatures. Where other business processing tools have failed, Alfred’s signature section is easy and intuitive. After clicking on the vSettings and Signature section, users can input their initials, type their name, and insert their signature.
